Taking Time to Heal: Why I “Hated” Everyone

I’ll admit it. I can get super grumpy. Most of the time this happens because of my own fault. I would get so caught up in organizing life, taking care of others, doing the mundane– the bills, that I totally forgot ME!

YOU are so important. Never underestimate yourself. The best thing you could ever give your family and friends is a happy and healthy you.

So I made a determination…sometimes the dishes will have to wait, the laundry go unfolded.

There’s just no sense in stressing out to the point that you completely “lose” yourself.

It’s not selfish to take a day off work, to enjoy a pedicure or an iced coffee. In fact, in balance, you should do all those things… because YOU need it.

So I bought this book by Joyce Meyer on balance and taking care of yourself, and I’ve put it in a link to my amazon store http://astore.amazon.com/chrisbenne0e-20. I truthfully think, if you’re like me, and you have to take on the world all the time, you need this book too.
